This unique programme offers a long-term ‘built-in’ solution to the provision of career guidance whilst providing participants with the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to be a successful careers adviser.

This course is suitable for Careers Leaders, Careers Coordinators, wider careers team members, including work experience coordinators and Apprenticeship Co-ordinators in industry.
Careers Information and Advice – level 4 – to enable you to operate as a gateway to independent careers guidance. The course addresses the boundaries between career advice and career guidance in terms of skills, impartiality and role. This course supports a triage approach to advice and guidance working alongside a level 6/7 Careers Guidance Practitioner to ensure resources are used appropriately. Complete-Careers can help you to achieve the careers courses, qualifications and continuous professional development needed to help improve your career development service offer and your services to learners and or client groups.
We are a Registered Centre for Gateway Qualifications and can provide a range of courses.

Employability from Entry level 3 through to level 2 – help you or your clients/leaners improve basic employability skills choosing a range of units from careers planning, CV building, work experience through to self- development.
Careers Information, Advice or Guidance level 2 – to provide a basic level of understanding of how careers information, advice and guidance works in principle and how it should be managed effectively.
Careers Information, Advice or Guidance level 3 – to enable you to operate as a gateway to independent advice and guidance. The course addresses the boundaries between career advice and career guidance in terms of skills, impartiality and role. This course supports a triage approach to advice and guidance working alongside a level 6/7 Careers Guidance Practitioner to ensure resources are used appropriately. Level 4 Education and Business Partnership award – effective education and employer partnerships are essential to ensure learners experience a smooth transition from school/college through to employment. This partnership can only be facilitated effectively if both parties have a good understanding of one another. This qualification is flexible, providing help and support to learn more about the complexities and challenges of either education or employment (or both), blended with an understanding of career development principles.
Level 6 Careers Leader qualification – We work in partnership with the Futures Group to deliver 3 unit accreditation of the OCR level 6 Career Leadership Programme. Arrange a careers guidance appointment for your child with a trained
career specialists. Our team can offer you access to a career professional qualified to level 6 and 7 (post graduate and masters level). This service can help your child identify what they want to do or talk through their existing plans in more depth. This service costs £49.50 and lasts up to an hour. The guidance appointment can be made available face-to-face, over the telephone or via a webchat such as Skype or Facetime.
These can help individuals to identify goals, overcome barriers and reach their full potential. One to one sessions over an agreed period with a qualified coach/mentor can help individuals gain self-esteem and motivation. Individual support available from £25 per hour.
We can help individuals to understand more about themselves and suitable career pathways using comprehensive profiling tools made available in standard and advanced packages. The standard service costs just £25 and is suitable for adults and young people aged 14 plus. You will receive a detailed multiple choice questionnaire for your child to complete. Following this you will be presented with a profile of your child, along with a list of possible suitable career pathways.
The Advanced service will involve a full psychometric profile of your child’s career capabilities lasting up to 3 hours, in a group environment at a Lincolnshire venue. The assessment costs £85 and includes receipt of a comprehensive booklet of your child’s profile, suggested career areas that link to the profile and a full guidance interview to present the findings to you and your child.

The traditional CV is still widely used, but many youngsters do not give it the attention it deserves and waste both their time as well as the employer’s. In addition, some employers now prefer an e: portfolio to create more of a holistic picture of an applicant, as well as their ICT capabilities. With services available from just £49.50, give your child the hints and tips they need to stand out from the crowd.
This service will encourage your child to engage in social media to actively market their ‘personal brand’ (themselves) and to draw employer’s attention to their brand to get themselves noticed or head hunted. The cost is £49.50 for an hour of consultancy.
